Eric provided the music for his graduating high school class at the Sky Dome in Toronto. He also provided entertainment for dances, weddings and neighbourhood cultural events. He was fiercely independent, able to self dialyze under the care of the Home Dialysis Unit of the Toronto General Hospital. He created wicked multi layered rhythm combinations with musical computer programs given to him by a friend. He was always singing, tapping or playing a song or rhythm in his head.
